Matt Hancock: 'Third of social care staff' still not vaccinated

The health secretary has said that about two thirds of social care staff have received their first coronavirus vaccine, while urging those who have not to come forward.

Matt Hancock told the BBC a jab had now been offered to everyone in the UK’s top four priority groups.

In total, more than 15 million people in the UK have had their first dose.
