1. Can I receive calls and notifications while the phone is being sanitized?

Yes, your phone operates as usual, you can simply take it out of the box and answer your call.

2. Can the UV light sanitizer disinfect everything as long as it fits in the box?

Yes, It Can! Recommend NOT put in wet items, you can put in frequently used items such as phones, watches, car keys, ear phones, eyeglasses, jewelries, etc.

3. Why I cannot turn it on?

We designed these safety features, a. You must unplug USB before you can turn it on, it cannot be turned on while it is being charged through USB connection. b. When the light face upwards, you cannot turn it on to avoid UV light exposure to human body.

4. How long will phone sanitizer last once fully charged?

Each cycle time is 6 minutes, it will last around 40 cycles once fully charged. You do not have to wait to use it until it is fully charged.

5. Can the UV light sanitizer wand work independently?

Yes, the wand is removable from the box, it is small with sizes 7.5” X 2” X 1 ¾”, you can bring it with you anywhere you travel to.

6. Does the sanitizer emit ozone?
