RECIPES:
CHOC OATY SLICE
INGREDIENTS
1 & 1/3 cups oats
1/3 cup cacao
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup plant milk (I used oat)
1 cup dried dates, pitted
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or melted coconut oil
Pinch Cinnamon
Optional: 1-2 tbsp choc chips

CHIA PUDDING:
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
Pinch cinnamon
Mix well and store in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Store in fridge and consume within 3 days.
